This place is located in a great central spot and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a clean environment all around.

Very close to the metro. Extremely clean. Staff had mixed levels of English (from none to fluent) but the "franglais" we communicated with was treated with good humour and they were very helpful!

The breakfast was nice but I felt a bit overpriced (15 euros). I recommend a boulangerie (bakery) next to the metro station for those on a budget or those who fancy fresh warm buttery croissant in the morning!

The staff at the reception desk is really kind. the hotel has a magnificent and favorable location, just a short walk to a metro station, an island in the middle of the lake, and the airport. - It is very convenient to Pelouse de Reuilly.

Came in Charenton-le-Pont to relax and have fun, this family-friendly hotel was ideal base for doing it. Comfortable and ideal location, we were just next door to the main attractions and the park and the Cy. Dined at La Cipale, it was relatively close to the venue.

Beautifully designed hotel with well-mannered staff at the reception desk. Buffet breakfast, a decent size and soundproof room with tea and an iron. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Central location, excellent base for discovering Charenton-le-Pont. Walking distance to a supermarket and a shopping area across the street.

Hotel was close to the metro, staff was friendly, restaurant was great (and open for meals during times other local restaurants were closed). Breakfast buffet was amazing!!!

Not sure whether this was a Booked.net issue or a hotel issue, but I got there and found out that my original reservation had not gone through despite email from Booked.net that it had. They found a room for us, but it was right next to the hotel "workroom", which meant that during the day there was constant drilling, hammering and other sounds that sounded like they were in our room. Not conducive to sleeping off jet lag.
